Eileen is a very accomplished consultant with a strong international background in finance, accounting and audit, as well as experience in recruitment and human resource management consulting.  She is now providing professional coaching services to business and personal clients.
 

Prior to coaching and working with people from the “soft skills” side, she gained experience auditing with a Big 4 firm in Vancouver, as well as in other consulting projects in that firm’s Polish office.  As one of the first members of the team in Warsaw, she was integral to growing the practice, establishing processes and in building teams.  
 

In addition to financial experience, she acquired in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications, forestry, brewery, banking and manufacturing industries.  Her financial skills were enhanced as an Assistant Vice President at the derivatives trading arm of an international bank in London in management accounting and product control.
 

Eileen combined her business experience with a natural interest in human development at a Polish recruitment consultancy where she managed recruitment and assessment projects locally and internationally.  Here she gained experience with clients in sectors including business intelligence, private equity, financial services, consulting and FMCG.
 

Coaching is now the focus of Eileen’s passion to work with people to define talents vision and purpose.  In addition to coaching, she is involved in developing training projects in Qatar and Poland.  She brings to her clients professionalism, openness and humour.  Eileen is a CTI trained coach and holds both CPCC and ACC credentials.
